Principal/Founder
Gladys Wanyeki, MBA Finance,CAMP
Gladys embarked on a journey from Kenya to the United States to pursue a higher education in Business Finance in the 80s. Today, she is based in Atlanta, Georgia and that journey has evolved into a 20-year career leading Finance & Accounting Departments. She is the founder of CFO ANX where she provides Fractional CFO consulting services in several sectors including Health, Construction, E-commerce, Technology and Nonprofits.
With a career spanning executive roles at high-growth technology firms like Salto Systems to key Finance positions at Fortune 500 giants like Home Depot and Freddie Mac, Gladys specializes in transforming finance departments into value-driving partners by implementing KPI-dashboards, and reporting tools to facilitate decision making. Her expertise spans strategy, operations, cost management, M&A integrations, and cash-flow management: all of which are essential components for sustainable growth. Beyond financial metrics, Gladys is also a Strategy accountability partner and a strong advocate for fostering a healthy corporate culture (thus analyzing the Soul, Strategy & Statistics for clients).
